NEONCHOCOLATE GALLERY
Wie aus einem scheinbar wahllosen Mix aus Typografie, Malerei, Photografie, Grafik–Design und Installation internationaler Künstler und Kollektiven ein stimmiges Gesamtbild entsteht, zeigt das Berliner Künstlerduo 44flavours in der Kuration der Ausstellung d´accord. Zwischen dem 24. September und 6. Oktober 2011 schaffen sie in der Neonchacolate Gallery Raum für die Vielschichtigkeit unterschiedlichster künstlerischer Positionen.

The exhibition d´accord – curated by the Berlin-based artist duo 44flavours – Julio Rölle and Sebastian Bagge – shows how a seemingly random mixture of typography, painting, photography, graphic-design and installation works by 13 international artists/collectives can become a coherent and harmonious whole. From September 24 to October 6 44flavours will create a space to exhibit this fusion of radically different artistic expressions – the designated space they chose for the project is the Neonchocolate Gallery.

Junge Fotografen und Künstler aus Europa präsentieren ihre Portfolios im Fotomuseum Winterthur
beim vierten kuratierten internationalen Portfolio-Viewing Plat(t)form 10 für junge "emerging artists".
Es sind 42 Fotografen und Fotografinnen eingeladen, ihre Werke und Dossiers während je zwei Stunden
der Öffentlichkeit und einem Expertenteam vorzustellen.
The fourth curated international portfolio viewing featuring young emerging European photographers
will be held on the weekend of 29 to 31 January 2010 at the Fotomuseum Winterthur. There are 42
photographers invited to present their work for two hours to the public and a selected team of experts.
Plat(t)form 10 is aimed at professionals such as curators, gallery owners, publishers, editors and
photographers. At the same time the event offers interested visitors an opportunity of discovering the
work of young photographers and artists and of meeting them in person.

Seit fünf Jahren bietet der Wettbewerb Absolventen des Fotografiestudiums einen Rahmen,
um ihre Arbeiten einer internationalen Öffentlichkeit vorzustellen. Das Marta Herford ist die
erste Station einer Wanderausstellung, die anschließend an weiteren Orten im In- und
Ausland zu sehen sein wird.
Teilnehmende Künstlerinnen und Künstler:
Georg Brückmann, Philipp Dorl, Sonja Kälberer, Ute Klein, Ingo Mittelstaedt,
Mona Mönnig, Shigeru Takato, Anna Simone Wallinger.

For the first time ever the winners of the annual competition “gute aussichten – junge
deutsche fotografie” will be guests in Marta Herford. For five years now the competition
has offered graduates of photographic studies a framework for presenting their work to
an international public. Marta Herford is the first stop in a traveling exhibition which will
subsequently be on display in other German and foreign venues.
